Today I'm going to share a little home improvement project that my boyfriend Colin and I recently did. My basement is half finished by the previous owner and I never really did anything to the room down there. It was plain and not much love went into the decor. We recently decided to make the room more visually appealing in the hopes of it adding value down the road when I go to sell my townhouse. We didn't want to spend a ton of money so we decided to repaint the walls, replace the flooring around the bar, replace the bar countertop, and add some new decor. I eventually want to rip up the old carpets and replace it with flooring but it wasn't in our budget this time around.
