Hey Guys, Today I'm going to share my thoughts on my Ipsy Glam Bag X for November! For those of you unfamiliar with Ipsy Glam Bag, it is a monthly beauty subscription box. You receive 5 deluxe/sample sized products each month. The subscription is $13.00 a month and each month is a different theme. With Glam Bag you are able to choose one product that goes into your bag. They also offer an upgraded box every month called Ipsy Glam Bag Plus. This box is $28.00 a month and includes 5 full sized products. You are able to choose 3 of the products in your bag and Ipsy chooses 2 for you. Ipsy's picks are based of your beauty quiz/product reviews. They also offer a quarterly bag that replaces your Glam Bag and Glam Bag Plus called Glam Bag X. This box is $55.00 a quarter and includes 7-8 full sized products from higher end brands. Glam Bag X is usually curated by a special celebrity/influencer. With all subscriptions you also have the option to skip a month whenever you feel like it which is a huge bonus offering. I am currently subscribed to Ipsy Glam Bag Plus but decided to upgrade my November bag to Glam Bag X. The theme for this is "Royal Treatment". The celebrity that curated this box is Huda Kattan (Huda Beauty). Huda chose a bunch of her favorite beauty products to feature in this box as well as some favorites from her personal beauty brand Huda Beauty. Keep reading to see what I got in my bag this month! I will link all of the products in the description above each picture.
This is the first item that I chose. I was glad to see they offered both a warm and cool toned option. I always prefer warmer and/or neutral palettes. This palette is really pretty and I've been happy the looks that I have created with this so far.
This was the second item that I chose. It contains two peachy/coral shade blushes and one warm gold highlighter. I really love Ofra blushes and highlighters so I am excited to try these out. These will be really pretty colors for the summer.
This was the first product that Ipsy chose for me. I really love trying new mascaras so I was excited to get this. I haven't tried any double sided mascaras before and this is really cool! I love how it makes my lashes look.
This is the second item that Ipsy chose for me. I have wanted to try some Rare Beauty products for a while and I was glad to see this. The formula feels really nice on my lips and I like the color too.
This is the third item that I chose for my bag. The lip masque feels nice on my lips I just wish I didn't have to stick my finger in the jar and apply it that way.
This was the third item that Ipsy chose for my bag. I do wish that that chose a different color option like the more yellow toned shade but I really like this setting powder! It does great at setting my makeup and keeping it in place while also brightening.
This is the forth item that Ipsy chose for me. I haven't used it yet because I already have a skincare cleaning device but it is a cool tool. I will probably try it at some point or gift it.
This was the fifth item that Ipsy chose for me. I have never tried this brand before but I hear good things about it. I was excited to try this out and do like it! It gives my hear a nice shine and helps with split ends and fly-aways!
TOTAL VALUE: $288.49
IPSY PROMOTIONS Ipsy offers discounts and cash back on brands/products featured in each month's glam bag. You are able to purchase full sized products that are sampled/or featured in the Glam Bag that month. The products are discounted from normal price and you can get cash bag on the purchase. They also offer "Ipsy Offers" that are discounted beauty bundles from different brands. You are also allowed to add "Add Ons" to your Glam Bag Plus which are other items featured that month that are not part of your personal box. These items are heavily discounted. Lastly, they offer "Mystery Bags" which again are bags of heavily discounted products.
Overall, I was really happy with my first Glam Bag X! At first I wasn't thrilled with the choices and options but once I got my box and really looked at what I got and tried them I was pretty excited. I think Glam Bag X is a great subscription upgrade and you most definitely get your moneys worth. I was happy that all of the brands featured in this bag were from Sephora/Ulta and well known. I was also happy with the Huda Beauty items that were in my bag. I will definitely be thinking about upgrading to Glam Bag X the next quarter as well!

Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the Dominique Cosmetics Transition Palette. I picked it up during one of the BoxyCharm Pop Up Sales. I think that I only have one palettes that is all matte and its only 4 shades. I have hit pan in two of shades and have wanted to purchase this palette for a while. I am someone that ALWAYS hits pan in the lighter matte base and transition shades in a palette. During the weekday I tend to reach for 3 shadows. A matte skin tone or bone color (base shade), a matte light brown transition shade, and a shimmer shade for the lid. I often reach for my ColourPop Super Shock Shadows for lid shades and then use my other palettes for the matte shades. I have hit pan on so many lighter shades and am wearing down on many of my warm brown shades so I felt like this would be a palette that I would reach for a ton on a daily basis. Keep reading to hear more about this palette!
Here is what is said about this palette on the Dominique Cosmetics site:
"Life is complicated, but makeup doesn’t have to be thanks to Dominique Cosmetics Transition Palette. Keep things simple with this versatile, multi-use palette. Define, contour, brighten, and highlight with a range of warm to cool neutral shades with a matte finish. Play up your eyes. Enhance your brows. Choose daytime no-makeup makeup looks or go sultry, smoky glam—these blendable, longwearing pigments can do it all."
Here are some tips on how and where to use each shade:
Brighten with Natural and Frothy.
Contour/bronze with Toffee, Cinnamon, Coffee Beans, Blushing, Carmel, Mocha, and Hazelnut.
For blush, use Blushing, Chai, Cinnamon, Soft N’ Sweet.
Fill in brows with Coffee Beans, Ash, Mocha, Coal, Toffee, and Cinnamon.
Here is a close up of the shades:
Frothy: Cream with a matte finish Toffee: Warm tan with a matte finish Blushing: Warm peach with a matte finish Coffee Beans: Deep brown with a matte finish Ash: Cool gray with a matte finish Natural: Nude peach with a matte finish Honey: Vintage yellow with a matte finish Chai: Berry rose with a matte finish Hazelnut: Spiced terracotta with a matte finish Coal: Dark brown-black with a matte finish Carmel: Light taupe with a matte finish Soft N’ Sweet: Mauve with a matte finish Cinnamon: Burnt brown with a matte finish Mocha: Chocolate brown with a matte finish Smokey: Rich black with a matte finish
Here are swatches of the shades:
On to my thoughts:
I do like that this is a multi-use palette. The fact that you can use it as shadow, blush, contour, and brow powder makes it very versatile. I most likely will only use it as shadow but its a great palette to travel with or for someone that doesn't have a ton of different beauty products. The shadows are very pigmented and blend very nicely. I have been reaching for it a ton. I really have nothing negative to say with my experience so far. My only wish is that there was one more matte brown shade that was on the warmer side. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend it!

Hey Guys, Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Eye and Blush Duo. I picked up this kit during the summer sale. I actually thought that it was on sale for a larger discount than it was. The discount is actually 20% and its one of her normal bundles . There are a bunch of different bundles offered on her site that allow you to try more than one of her products at a discount. I was going to return it since I thought that I purchased it at 40% off but decided to just keep it since I've wanted to for a while. Keep reading to hear my thoughts on this duo!
As I mentioned above, this bundle is a 20% savings vs buying the two products separately. You save $18.60. You are also able to choose between the Original Pillow Talk Blush and the Pillow Talk Intense Blush. I have both blushes so I will share swatches and reviews of each below.

Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the Charlotte Tilbury lip kit that I purchased during her summer sale. If you haven't read my review of her Bigger, Brighter Eye Tricks Bundle you can check it out HERE. Keep reading to hear my thoughts on the two products in this lip kit!
During the Summer Sale they had a special lip bundle that they called Charlotte's Iconic Matte Lip Kit which was 40% off. I paid $33.60 for the kit. The Matte Revolution Lipsticks are normally $34.00 and the Lip Cheat Liners are $22.00. The bundle was essentially the Matte Revolution Lip Kit but with a bigger discount. The Matte Revolution Lip Kit is $50.50 and you get to pick the Matte Revolution Lipstick and Lip Cheat Liner for your kit. You are saving $4.50 (10%) with the kit that is currently on her site. You can get an additional 10% discount by subscribing to Charlotte Tilbury marketing emails.
I decided to pick up this lip kit because it was a great deal and I have wanted to try the Very Victoria lipstick for quite a while. I decide to pair it with the Hot Gossip liner for my kit.

Hey Guys,
It's been a while since I've purchased Charlotte Tilbury products but I finally picked up some more! Last year I purchased my first Charlotte Tilbury products including the infamous Pillow Talk lipstick. You can read my review (HERE). I've had my eyes on some of her other products for quite a while. Her brand is considered a "luxury" brand and the prices can be pretty expensive. That is why I have waited to make another purchase. There was a pretty big summer sale on the brands website last week. She doesn't offer big discounts that often so I decided to take advantage. I picked up two bundles and one other product. Today I will be reviewing her Bigger, Brighter Eye Tricks Bundle. Keep reading to hear my thoughts on the products in this bundle!
The bundle was created specifically for her sale and is no longer available. The bundle was 40% off which made it $64.20 ($107.00 value). It included the Bigger Brighter Eyes Exagger-eyes Palette, an Eyes To Mesmerize Cream Eyeshadow of your choice, and a The Classic Eye Powder Pencil in either black, dark brown, or shimmering brown. Below I will discuss each product in the bundle.
I know its been a long time coming but today I'm going to share my microblading experience. I wanted my my brows to fully heal from both appointment before sharing my honest review and thoughts on the procedure. I mainly wanted to share my experience to help other people trying to decide if this is the right decision for them. It's something that I have thought about doing for quite a while. I had waited mainly because of price and the fact that you are basically tattooing your brows onto your face. For those of you unfamiliar with microblading, its a tattooing technique in which a small handheld tool made of several tiny needles (or a small scalpel) is used to add semi-permanent pigment to the skin. The process could take anywhere from an hour to several hours. Every person is different and depends on the look you are going for and how much eyebrows you already have. The microblading can last anywhere from 6 months to a year plus depending on the person and after care. Prices can range anywhere from $350-$800+ depending on the artist. I have a ton of info to share and tons of pictures of my brows through the process. Keep reading to hear about my experience.
Before Appointment
As you can see I already had plenty of brows before my appointment. Many people get their eyebrows microbladed because they have no eyebrow hair at all. I chose to do it not because I didn't have eyebrows but because I could not get my brow hair to grow in certain areas such as the tail ends of my brows. I have tried for years and they just wouldn't fully grow in. I would spend a good 10-15 minutes filling in my my brows each time I did my makeup and I honestly just got sick of it. I did a little research, chose my microblading artist, and booked the appointment.

Hey Guys, Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the Kaja Beauty Bento Bouncy Eyeshadow Trios. I have wanted to try these little compact shadows for a while and finally picked them up a few months ago. I shared one of them on Instagram and loved it so much that I purchased a couple more. I am traveling soon and originally planned to bring one larger eyeshadow palette with me. After I purchased a new toiletry bag I decided that I was going to only bring one bag for all of my makeup and skincare. The best way to succeed at that is to bring smaller items. That is when I decided to pick up more of these little trios. Keep reading to hear more about these Bouncy Eyeshadow Trios and to see swatches of each.
Here is what is said about this product on the Sephora site:

Hey Guys, Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the Tartelette Juicy Palette. Its been quite a while since I purchased a palette or a bunch of makeup in general. I have always been a fan of Tarte shadows and their Tartelette palettes especially. I have owned all of them at one point or another. This palette isn't brand new but it is their newest one that they have launched. I decided to pick it up because the colors seem like a good range of neutrals that you could use on a daily basis. Hey Guys, Today I'm going to share a little home improvement project that my boyfriend Colin and I recently did. My basement is half finished by the previous owner and I never really did anything to the room down there. It was plain and not much love went into the decor. We recently decided to make the room more visually appealing in the hopes of it adding value down the road when I go to sell my townhouse. We didn't want to spend a ton of money so we decided to repaint the walls, replace the flooring around the bar, replace the bar countertop, and add some new decor. I eventually want to rip up the old carpets and replace it with flooring but it wasn't in our budget this time around. Keep reading to see before and after pics and to check out the products purchased for this room makeover!

Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the Jaclyn Cosmetics Bronze & Blushing Duo that I picked up when it launched at Ulta. I planned to grab two duos but the other one that I wanted sold out instantly. If you are unfamiliar with Jaclyn Cosmetics, its is a brand owned and run by beauty YouTuber Jaclyn Hill. She has had three different product launches over the past few years. The first of lipsticks was a complete disaster and she faced alot of back lash because of it. (I personally really liked her lipsticks). Her second launch was different forms of highlighters. These were well received and customers begged for her to make these limited edition products permanents. You can check out my review of the Flash Palette HERE. She recently launched a quick Valentine's Day collection and then announced these duos. Her new collection consists of 7 blush and bronzer duos. She also launched single highlighters the most popular shades in limited edition highlighter collection. Keep reading to hear more about the bronze and blushing duos and what I thought of the shade that I picked up!

Hey Guys, Today I'm going to share my Spring FabFitFun Box! For those of you unfamiliar with FabFitFun it is a quarterly subscription that you get every season. The box is filled with beauty, fashion, home, and lifestyle items and the fun part is you are able to pick some of the items! There are also items that are picked by the FabFitFun team. Seasonal members (who are subscribed quarterly) are able to pick 3 of the items in their box. You usually have 2-5 choices to pick from. If you are a select member (those who subscribe for the year in advance) you are able to pick 5 of the items in your box. You also have the option to add on additional products. I really like the variety that this subscription box offers. I am a yearly subscriber so I get to pick 5 items in my box which I love. I will like all the items in my box in the text below the pictures. If they are not available then I will link something similar. You can also shop most of these items at the bottom of the post.
