Today I'm going to share my thoughts on my BoxyCharm Premium for March! I have been waitlisted for Premium for a few months and was praying that I got off it in time for this box! For those of you unfamiliar with BoxyCharm, it is a monthly beauty subscription box. You receive 4-5 FULL SIZED products each month. The subscription is $25.00 a month and usually has a theme. You are now able to pick one item in your box each month but it is more of a this item or that. Not any item in your box. BoxyCharm Premium is their second subscription offering which is $35.00 a month and you get 6-7 products. You are able to pick one item from your box. Lastly, they also offer an upgraded box every quarter called BoxyLuxe. This is an additional $28.99 a quarter. The March Boxy Premium was a collaboration with Fenty Beauty and the first ever one brand themed box. I was so excited when I found out that I was getting the Fenty Beauty that I squealed in joy! BoxyCharm Premium x Fenty Beauty March 2020
When I first saw this palette I thought it was pretty but the colors didn't interest me too much. The shadows aren't as pigmented as I thought they would be. The mattes you definitely have to build up which isn't a bad thing. I just wish the shimmers were more pigmented. That being said, there are some pretty shades in here and I was happy with the looks that I created.

Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Trophy Wife $36.00
I believe that this was the first highlighter that Rihanna launched. It's definitely pretty but I think it is better suited for tan to dark skin tones. I used it on my face and its pretty but a little to yellow on my skin. I think this will be a better eyeshadow for me. It's very glittery so if you aren't a fan of glittery highligher you probably wont like this. I have a mini version of the highligher in Hu$tla Baby which is more of a gold highlighter and it works better on my skintone. I also use it as an inner corner highlight. I would love to try this highligher in other shades.

Fenty Beauty Match Stix Shimmer Skinstick in Rum $25.00
This is a pretty shade but the formula of the shimmer skinsticks just doesn't work for me. I had a mini version of the shade Sinamon and I ended up giving it away. These are very drying and not creamy at all. If anything I would use this as an eyeshadow.

Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer in Diamond Milk $19.00
I have already tried these lip luminizers before and really liked the formula. I had a mini version of the shade Fenty Glow which was the original shade. I'm not sure what happened to it but I might have given it away which I now regret. I forgot how good these were! I love this Diamond Milk shade because you can wear it alone or as a topper since it has a slight pearly finish. These are so velvety on the lips and not sticky at all. I might have to go out and purchase the full size of Fenty Glow!

I haven't seen blotting paper like this before. It's really cute and I love that there is a mirror on the side. Blotting paper is something that I always keep in my purse especially in the summer. I will definitely use this.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about this box. I loved the idea of one brand themed boxes. I haven't tried too much from Fenty Beauty so I was really happy that I got the opportunity to try out more products by the brand. The value far exceeds the price that I paid for this box. That being said, normally BoxyCharm premium has a higher over value of over $175.00. Also, I wish the products featured were some of the brands newer products instead all of all older products. Lastly, I wish they they put more universal shades in the box for the highlighter and the lipstick. Either way, I was happy that I got the box and there are some stand out products in there like the lip gloss, blotting paper, and palette. That alone makes the box worth it for me. I cancelled BoxyLuxe and the base box. I will be reviewing my March base boxy and Ipsy Glam Bag Plus next week so stay tuned! The only box I am currently subscribed to is Premium. I am looking forward to getting my second box next month!
