On to my thoughts:
I really like this foundation! I agree that it has a medium coverage that is buildable to full coverage. It is long wearing but it doesn't last quite as long as some of my other long wearing foundations. It does feel hydrating. I would say its a natural finish. It's not matte but not dewy either. I do need to set it to get a more matte coverage as well as to prolong the wear time of the foundation. I definitely see oil come through in my t-zone at the 5-6 hour mark but it't not awful. There is a little breakdown in my t-zone by the end of the day but that happens with most foundation that I wear. My chin and nose are usually the first two spots to break down. The shade I have is a spot on match for my skin tone and my face looks pretty flawless when paired the the concealer and powder. If you are looking for a medium to full coverage foundation with a natural finish I highly suggest that you give this a try!

This is one of my favorite concealers. I have it in a few different shades. It has amazing coverage and lasts all day. I agree that it doesn't look dry or cakey. I also haven't noticed any creasing either. I have also used this all over as a foundation before too. The applicator is a nice shape which I prefer over other applicators. Overall I highly recommend this concealer.

- Creamy and comfortable powder formula
- 2-in-1 sponge for different coverage levels

I think this is a good powder to set your foundation but I wouldn't call it a full coverage foundation. It doesn't cover quite like a liquid foundation. It does help hide redness and imperfections but I would call this a light coverage on its own that you can build to a medium coverage depending on application. It pairs very nice with the liquid foundation and does help control shine. If you prefer powder foundations over liquid foundations then you might like this by itself. I just prefer more coverage than just a powder alone.
Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Loose Setting Powder $33.00
Here is what is said about this product on the Ulta site:
"Too Faced Born This Way Ethereal Loose Setting Powder is a silky, lightweight powder that sets makeup while providing a veil of perfecting luminosity for a finish so natural they'll think you were Born This Way."
Benefits:
- Helps brighten and boost skin's radiance
- Hyaluronic Acid gives a smoother, more youthful appearance

- Non-Comedogenic

I like this setting powder but I don't love it as much as my Laura Mercier setting powder. It does brighten the under eye but it leaves that area looking a bit dry for me. Setting spray does help with that a little bit. I also like that it has a yellow tint and isn't straight white.
Here are swatches of each product:
