Hey Guys,
Today I'm going to share my thoughts on the Lime Crime Venus XL II palette. This is the first product that I've purchased from Lime Crime. The brand has been on my radar for many years but I've chosen to purchase from other brands due to the controversy following the owner of the brand. That being said, the brand is now owned by a private company and they also have a new CEO. Lime Crime is know for their fun and colorful makeup products and is now available at Ulta. Keep reading to hear my thoughts about this palette!

This palette seemed unique enough from my collection to justify the price tag. I also waited to purchase it until I could use my 20% off Ulta coupon. I am not big on colorful shadows but this was neutral enough to interest me.

Overall, I was very impressed with this palette! The packaging itself is really nice and sturdy and I love the image on the front. The shadows are a decent size and there isn't a ton of fall out in the pans. The shadows are beautiful, very pigmented, and long wearing. I created a makeup look using this palette that I will be posting on my Instagram in the coming weeks. I need to venture out and use more of the cool tones but I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this palette and would consider buying more Lime Crime palettes in the future.
