Here is what is said about this palettte on the Ulta site:
"Urban Decay changed the game with the original Naked Palette - now rethink neutral with the Naked Reloaded Palette. These 12 universal eyeshadows are flattering for any age, gender, and skin tone. The four outer pans are bigger for the shades you'll use the most. A bright peach hue stands out among warm and cool mattes, metallics, and iridescent micro-shimmers."

On to my thoughts:
The original Naked Palette was one of my first high end palettes that I owned and blogged about. It's also one of the few palettes that I actually hit pan on. I loved that palette so much and was honestly skeptical that this new palette would live up to the original. I am happy to say that I think that this new palette is great and as amazing if not better than the original. This shadows are extremely pigmented and blend awesome. I think that they might even be more pigmented than the original. I love that the two base shades Bribe and Blur have a bit larger pan with more product. I tend to hit pan on these shades more than any other. I also appreciate that the transition shade Boundaries is a bit larger as those are the second types of shades I run out of quickest.  Barley Baked is a great tribute to the original shade Half Baked and Angel Fire is breathtaking. For someone that has close to 50 palettes, I can tell you that if you are looking for a great everyday palette that is also very versatile, then this is a great option.
