Review: BoxyLuxe March 2019

Today I'm going to share my thoughts on my BoxyLuxe for March! For those of you unfamiliar with BoxyCharm, it is a monthly beauty subscription box. You receive 4-5 FULL SIZED products each month. The subscription is $21.00 a month and usually has a theme. They also offer an upgraded box every quarter called BoxyLuxe. This is an additional $28.99 a quarter.  The theme for March was "La Vie En Rose".  At first, I was a little underwhelmed by the BoxyLuxe spoilers but as I saw more I got super excited! Cover Fx Face Perfector Palette in Light/Medium $45.00

When I first saw this palette, I wanted the one for medium/dark skin tones because it looked warmer. I still wouldn't have minded getting the darker palette because it would have worked for me in the summer. However, I am glad that I got this one and can wear it now! The highlighters are SO pretty and I have been reaching for them often. Even thought the blush is a little pink for me, its still very pretty and pigmented. The contour is okay though I prefer more of an all over bronzer. I like that you can use this face palette on your eyes too.

       Morphe 15N Night Master Eyeshadow Palette $16.00

There were four different palettes sent out in this box. This wasn't my number one choice but I'm not that disappointed in it. I'm already a big fan of Morphe palettes. These colors are nicely pigmented and blend great. They aren't the same texture/quality of the Jaclyn Hill or 24G palettes but are similar to the quality of their original palettes. I wish I got the 15H but this one is pretty too. I didn't want to trade it because I actually wanted to try this one and wanted both. If I am not able to find it in my BoxyCharm Facebook groups I will buy it once it comes back in stock.

Iconic London Sculpt & Boost Eyebrow Cushion $40.00

I'm indifferent about this product. It's definitely interesting but not sure if I'll even use it. I prefer brow pencils. The small brow tool I know I wouldn't use so I might just end up selling this or saving it for a giveaway.

Becca Ultimate Lipstick Love in Sorbet $24.00

I was excited to see we were getting a Becca lipstick. I already own a couple and am a fan of the formula. I didn't realize how many shades were going to be sent out. I got the color Sorbet which is a cool pink shade which I know I won't wear which is kind of disappointing. I'm either going to try to trade it or save it for a giveaway.

Moda Limited Edition 2 PC Powder & Soft Glow Kit $29.99

I love getting brushes because them everyday. They break and fall apart over time so it's good to have backups. I was happy to see powder brush because I don't have many in my collection. However, I have way too many fluffy highlighter type brushes. I think this is the 3rd or 4th one I've recieved from Boxy. Please no more! lol

IT Cosmetics Confidence in a Cream Moisturizing Super Cream $48.00

I hear great things about this cream. I have a bunch of skincare I need to get through before I try this but I'm interested to see how it is.

Deborah Lippmann Oh Donna and Modern Love Nail Polish Duet $20.00

I don't ever get excited about nail polish because I never wear it. However, these colors are very pretty and look like ones I would wear.

Lilly Lashes in Gaia $26.00

I don't get excited about lashes either because I hate applying them and getting glue stuck in my lashes. I'm either going to save them for a giveaway or sell them.

Wander Beauty Lift Off Purifying and Brightening Peel Off Mask $34.00

I love trying out new skincare masks. Peel off masks scare me a little because some hurt but they do work and your skin feels so nice after. I can't wait to try this one.

BoxyCharm Train Case

I love this case. The color and holographic fabric is fun. You can never have enough makeup bags so this will come in handy.

Overall, I was really happy with the items in this month's BoxyCharm! I think I will use many of the items in this box. The ones that I don't I will save for giveaways. My favorite items in the box are the CoverFx Face Palette and Morphe 15N palette. I do wish I got the 15H instead but I am going to try to get my hands on it. It's currently sold out on the Morphe site. The overall value of this box is amazing. I have no idea what we are getting next month as there have been no spoilers but either way I can't wait!
