Today I'm going to share my thoughts on my BoxyCharm for July. For those of you unfamiliar with BoxyCharm, it is a monthly beauty subscription box. You receive 4-5 FULL SIZED products each month. The subscription is $21.00 a month and usually has a theme. The theme for July was "Road Trippin". I was super excited about the sneak peaks when I saw them. Crown Pro 10 Color Fuego Collection $29.99
This palette comes with a mix of matte and shimmer shadows. There are 5 mattes and 5 shimmers. The palette is a warm toned palette with orange, copper, and brown tones. It has one purple-y brown shade that is a unique mix from the rest of the colors. The shimmers area really nice and apply best with your finger. The mattes are just okay. After using it, the palette isn't my favorite but I do love the colors and plan to play around with it some more.
Note Cosmetics Luminous Silk Compact Blusher $11.99
I was excited to try some products by note cosmetics. I'm glad I got more the the warm tones shade however it looks way more orange/coral on my skin than in the pan. I wish it was a little toned down but it does have very good pigmentation. I also like that its matte.
Chella Eyebrow Cream in Tantalizing Taupe $26.00
This was a strange product to me. I love the Chella brow highlighter and use it almost everyday. This is a brow cream and brush in one. The long tube like shape makes it kind of weird and hard to get the product out. The brush is also too wide and not dense or stiff enough. I'll definitely be passing this on.
I was excited to try this mascara from Wander Beauty. I am super picky with mascaras but always willing to try now ones out. I don't think this did anything for my lashes really. It didn't curl them or give them volume. I will be passing this on to someone else.
Farmacy Bright On Masque $38.00
I haven't tried anything from Farmacy but I hear its an amazing skincare line. I was very excited to get this mask and can't wait to try it out.

Overall, this box was just okay. The most exciting thing in the box was the Farmacy Bright On Mask. I was also really excited about the Fuego Palette but a little disappointed after I tried it. It's still not a bad palette. The blush was just okay and the other two items were a flop to me. I'm not really excited about the August box either. We are getting the Laura Lee Los Angeles Party Animal Palette which is neon bright colors which don't interest me at all. We are also getting a Smashbox lip product but there are so may variations I don't know what to expect with that. Hopefully, I am pleasantly surprised. BoxyCharm also announced they will be offering a BoxyLuxe box that has more products every 3 months. Its an extra $28.99 for that month to upgrade to that box. I'm still on the fence about this. Not sure if I really need that many more products or if I want to pay $50.00 for a makeup subscription. Anyways, I hope the boxes for the rest of the year get better. They were kicking ass for so long! I don't know what happened.
