Review: Rimmel BB Cream

Hi Ladies!

Today I am going to review Rimmel's BB Cream. I have only used a few BB creams in the past and never had any luck with them. I decided to give this one a chance and I am very glad that I did.

Rimmel BB Cream in Light $6.99 at Ulta

This BB cream has an SPF 25 and comes in 3 shades; light, medium, and medium/dark.  I thought that this shade was going to be too light but it actually blends in well with my skin. It may be too dark for very fair skinned people. This color will end up being too light on me once I get back from Mexico, so I will have to buy the medium or dark shade.

This BB cream isn't too watery but not overly thick either. It has a decent coverage for a BB cream but I would  still consider it on the light/sheer side. I always set it with power that add extra coverage. Sometimes this will set into my pores but after I use a setting spray, it goes away. I don't find that it makes me any more oily than normal when wearing this. I always use the Stay Matte primer under it though. I have been using this BB Cream a lot lately instead of my bareMinerals or Stay Matte Foundation. 

I have actually recently purchased the Rimmel BB Cream in Medium AND Medium/Dark (for when I get back from Mexico). The Medium is great for my skin color now. I am just as happy with this shade as the light. I also found a new Matte BB Cream from Rimmel. I will be reviewing this next month.

Overall, I do recommend the BB Cream. For $6.99, it is worth trying out to see if this product works for you.
