Statement necklaces, earrings, and other unique pieces have become a big fashion trend over the past year. I have searched around a lot looking for the best places to purchase statement jewelry. Below is a list of companies selling higher priced statement jewelry and lower priced ones. I would love to be able to spend $30-$50+ on a necklace but it just isn't realistic for ME personally. However, some people are more than willing to do so.
Here are stores where you can get statement jewelry for under $50.00. These companies also have sales and such so you could even spend under $30.00 in some instances.
BaubleBar : There are some really beautiful pieces available on this site. They also have some awesome items on sale.
Express : Although some of these prices are on the expensive side, if you get the Express coupons, you can apply them to your orders and end up paying 1/2 or 1/3 the price.
Red Dress Boutique : Every once in a while I will drool over all the beautiful pieces on this site. The quality looks amazing and the necklaces are so unique.

Charming Charlie : This site is great if you are looking for earring and necklace sets. They sell many statement necklaces with matching earrings.
Icing : Affiliated with Claire's, this is the more trendy and grown up costume jewelry store. They have a ton of necklaces to offer on their website and even more in their stores.
Here are some stores where you can spend $10.00-$15.00 on jewelry.
Simple Addiction : I have talked about this site many times. I just think it is so great that you can get such cute and trendy necklaces for so little money! I have about 5 or 6 necklaces from them and they are of good quality!
Forever21 : I always pop into this store when I want to find cute accessories for less. I recently just purchased the below two pieces on their website.
Charlotte Russe : Like Forever21, you can find some really beautiful and inexpensive jewelry here.
